The msConfig window could be resized back in Windows 4.x (as in Win98). That's called progress i s'pose. At least the reverse has happend elsewhere, eg for the Device Monitor. It happend after I installed the Microsoft updates, I had to format and reinstall for days to figure out it was the critical update package. I tried re-installing Tweak and I also made sure it's running in start up (msconfig). Any help will be appreciated, I HATE those annoying little arrows!

Run, "msconfig", StartUp tab and see if there is anything there that looks suspicious. You will also see the path where that program is starting from. See this site for more information I cant figure out how to stop it. It hasn't always happend. And it is every time i get into or change a browser. Any suggestions?
